Geantraí / Happy Song (High Voices)

Duration | 2.20

NOTE: This is not an arrangement of a traditional Irish song. It is a traditional Irish text set to music by Michael McGlynn. All programme notes or attributions must reflect this fact as they would any other composer’s work.

This rhythmic song uses texts from various children’s verses from the Irish tradition.

Optional Percussion can be used at the discretion of the ensemble. This piece comes with an MP3 Pronunciation guide and IPA Guide.

The piece comes in Mixed and High Voice versions and all orders come with a pronunciation guide and a score formatted in US Letter and A4.
